Customer Service Support for Oil Customers Weymouth, MA

Standard hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday- Friday

Winter hours may extend to 5:00-6:00 PM

November-April:

Open 6 days per week

Must work 1 weekend day

One weekday off

Occasional extended hours during peak season August- November

Responsibilities:

Book technicians for services

Take Customer calls- orders

Track services

Excel experience

Schedule jobs

Nice to have:

Experience supporting HVAC, Plumbing, Heating or AC companies in the past encouraged to apply
